Unpublished Titles in Overstreet Price Guide

This can be frustrating. There are several titles that do not appear in the Overstreet Price Guide, seemingly at random. The Epic Captain Confederacy series but not the original Steeldragon series. All the New Universe titles appear....except for Kickers Inc. Dakota North # 1-5 are a no-show. The Eternity Ex-Mutants are also absent. How is it detemined which titles make it and which don't?

Scott - These are some excellent concerns. And, I for one, have no resonable answer. So I am hoping the readers of my site and this page inparticular, may have some logical input. I sure hope so. I would like to know also! Dave
